In this Special French Roast we let our Brazilian arabica beans develop at a slightly higher temperature in order to allow the sugars naturally present in these beans to caramelize. This produces a slightly sweet and very smooth cup of coffee, with no bitter aftertaste.

In this Special White roast we develop our Brazilian Arabica beans at a lower temperature and finish when golden prior to the first crack. This produces a light, nutty flavored coffee that is exceptionally high in caffeine and rich in natural antioxidants. But do not be surprised when after brewing it is blonde in color and does not have the usual taste of coffee. Maybe this is what you've been looking for all these years! Our White Coffee can also be added to your favorite beverage to enhance its enjoyment.
